NowCerts Momentum – Release Notes

Here is the list of changes included in today’s Weekly Momentum update:

Policy Coverage Preview – Personal Auto.
Interactive Reports – Public Preview for ‘Production and Revenue by Endorsement’ (still under development).
Insured / Prospects Details – Carrier Downloads Tab.
Policies / Quotes Details – Delete action.
Policies/ Quotes Details – Carrier Downloads Tab.
Policies / Quotes Details – Opportunities Tab added (we didn’t have such in the old interface).
Equipment – Batch actions – Change Type, Change Model Year, Change New/Used.
Equipment List – new available columns – Change Date, Type, New/Used.
Pending Cancellations Global List – ability to search by insured and policy tags.
Vehicles List – new available column – Change Date.
Insured / Prospect Details – add Greeting Name and Year Business Started to Top Line.
Opportunities Tab – Assign Policy action.
Opportunity List – ability to filter agents by [Not Assigned].
Global Search List – display insurance agency information for records like Insured, Prospect, Policy, Quote for master agencies.
All descriptions in grids now show the first 10 characters and on hover the full description.

In addition to the Momentum Updates, we made the following changes to the system:

Bug Fixes and Improvements

Fixed data mapping for a number of fields in the Homeowners “Quote Application from an existing policy”.
Fixed Equipment Schedule Sorting on Acord 146 (by equipment number).
Fixed problem with adding more LOBs to a carrier profile.
Fixed a number of reported issues in carrier downloads property updates for Dwelling Fire policies changes.
WeSign “GoTo Link” bug fixed.

New Functionality and System Enhancements

Major Improvements to multiple aspects in the Service Requests area. Quick “Create a Task” action. Add Vehicles and Drivers from a service request to Insured Items.
Added option for multi-policy quotes in the Ascend integration.
Added “Stored Payment Profile” (eWallet/Vault) functionality for Simply Easier Payments (SEP).
